You are a person with special empathy. You like to reach out to your fellow human beings and help them wherever you can. Every day you help people who contact us by telephone. You listen to their situation, offer solutions and support them with assistance. Become a telephone customer advisor! Apply now with just a few clicks.

Your job as a telephone customer advisor

You will earn just under 30,000 euros a year plus attractive additional payments (e.g. shift allowances, job ticket). After 12 months you will receive a 10% pay rise.

Your tasks

  • They answer emergency and service calls in a friendly and attentive manner.
  • They are able to empathize with the situation of their customers and provide reliable help.
  • You enter the personal data and the specific problem situation in the computer system.
  • You organize all services for the caller and take care of back-office processing.

Your profile

  • You have an understanding of a service-oriented professional field and understand the needs of customers.
  • Her strengths are particularly evident when it comes to handling telephone calls efficiently, carefully and always with empathy.
  • At the same time, you impress with your ability to work in a team and your organizational skills, which help you to maintain an overview even in hectic times.
