  • In your role as team leader, you will take responsibility for leading and motivating your employees to ensure that our customers receive first-class service.
  • The organization and optimization of our internal work processes play a decisive role in this, including the planning of personnel deployment and ensuring that service and productivity targets are met in your area.
  • You pay attention to cost-efficient claims processing and are significantly involved in the organization of projects in your area.
  • You act as an important interface to other departments and teams and coordinate operational cooperation with our clients in day-to-day business.
  • You will also be actively involved in the design and optimization of new contracts.
  • The development and success of your team and your employees are important to you. You take their strengths and weaknesses into account in order to actively contribute to their further development.

  • First experience as a team leader in assistance or in a call center
  • You are characterized by your confident manner and convincing communication skills as well as your assertiveness, commitment and high flexibility
  • You convince with your high social competence, integrity, conflict and team skills, your organizational talent and a very structured way of working.
  • In addition, you have a strong customer-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make decisions and act on your own initiative
  • You have good to very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
