Your tasks:
A lot awaits you here – except boredom.
As the first point of contact, you will represent our customers, all of whom are well-known companies, with the following services:
- You take calls and deal with customer concerns by telephone and in writing. Acquisition is not one of your areas of responsibility
- You create damage reports in the system and process them
- You organize and coordinate first aid services, for example breakdown and towing assistance. You also book hotels or rental cars
- You correspond with customers, insurance companies and service providers
Your knowledge:
Much more valuable than a seamless past is the ability to be in the now.
CVs are therefore not so important to us. Career changers and those returning to work are also very welcome. The decisive factors are empathy, willingness to learn and the following qualities:
- A friendly voice and enjoy dealing with people on the phone
- Very good written and spoken German
- A strong service orientation
- Willingness to work shifts and the flexibility to work weekends, holidays and nights
Desirable, but not absolutely necessary:
- Initial experience in telephone customer service.
- Previous commercial knowledge or initial experience in the assistance or insurance industry
- Secure IT knowledge of common office software
- Knowledge of English or European foreign languages

Step by step: Your application
- Your online application: The online application for an open position takes about 15 minutes. Have your current CV ready beforehand
- Our confirmation: We will get back to you with initial feedback within five working days at the latest. We will also offer you appointments for an initial telephone call
- First conversation: In a phone call, you can ask us anything you are interested in. And we would also like to get to know you a little better
- Second interview: We invite you to join us: you get to know the ALLYSCA team, our workplaces, your future colleagues. And together we will think about how we can organize your job with us so that it fits into your life
- Employment contract: You want to start with us? And we want to win you over? Then we will send you the employment contract immediately – and look forward to you joining ALLYSCA
Your first 6 months with us
- Basic training: You will learn everything about ALLYSCA (company, products, customers, computer system etc.), our teams and how we work together (and where to get the best butter pretzels and delicious coffee)
- Practice phase: We provide you with an experienced trainer at your side. They will support you in making your first independent telephone calls, writing call logs and working in our computer system
- Independent work: After your induction, you will work independently as a telephone customer advisor – with permanent support from the team, of course
- Training courses: After around 3-6 months, you will receive in-depth product and system training that will make you a real professional
