Accessibility Information

As of August 13, 2026

For ALLYSCA Assistance, accessibility means that everyone can use our digital offerings and services as independently as possible and without additional support—regardless of individual limitations.

For ALLYSCA Assistance, accessibility is not just a matter of complying with legal requirements, but an important contribution to an inclusive society. Diversity, equal opportunity, and inclusion should be reflected in our daily work and business practices. Accessibility is an integral part of who we are.

We want everyone to be able to easily use our digital self-service options—such as digital roadside assistance and submitting receipts. That’s why we’re constantly working to improve the accessibility of our websites and mobile apps.

Scope:

These accessibility guidelines apply to all of ALLYSCA Assistance’s digital B2B2C offerings, in particular:

  • Web-based self-service options (e.g., digital roadside assistance, online forms for submitting invoices or receipts, customer portals)
  • Other web applications and online services operated by ALLYSCA Assistance

The level of accessibility may vary depending on the website or application. We are working to gradually bring all our digital offerings into compliance with the applicable legal requirements and technical standards (in particular the BFSG/BFSGV and WCAG 2.2 Level AA).

If a separate or supplementary accessibility statement is provided for individual applications or apps, you will find specific information there.

Legal Basis and Standards

Our digital services and self-service options are designed in accordance with the requirements of the Act on Strengthening Accessibility (BFSG) and the Ordinance on the Act on Strengthening Accessibility (BFSGV) for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/882. We are working to gradually meet these requirements—to the extent that they have not yet been fully implemented in individual cases.

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for the technical and design aspects of accessibility. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve digital accessibility for people with disabilities. They distinguish between three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA.

Our goal is to ensure that ALLYSCA Assistance’s websites and mobile applications are largely compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Content and features that do not yet fully meet WCAG requirements are being revised step by step—using user feedback, automated tests, and manual reviews. Where possible, new content is developed from the outset to be accessible and in accordance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Accessible Design of Digital Self-Service Systems

ALLYSCA Assistance designs its digital offerings, particularly in areas such as:

  • Home page and overviews of digital services,
  • Digital roadside assistance (collection of data for damage or breakdown reports),
  • Self-service options for submitting invoices or receipts
  • as accessible as possible, so that our websites and mobile apps are easy for many users to access and use.

Among other things, we pay attention to:

  • clear, easy-to-understand language,
  • sufficient contrast and easily readable font sizes,
  • logical structuring of the content (headings, lists, sections),
  • user-friendly forms (e.g., clear field labels, easily recognizable error messages),
  • Keyboard usability,
  • Support for screen readers.
  • Using Our Digital Self-Service Options

If, however, you are unable to use our digital self-service options—or can only use them to a limited extent—alternative ways to contact us are still available, such as by phone or in writing. You can find more information about this in our Contact section.
