ALLYSCA is a new partner of HanseMerkur Allgemeine Versicherung AG and has been supporting the motor vehicle insurance product since the end of March with assistance letter services. ALLYSCA provides fast, round-the-clock assistance for HanseMerkur customers in the event of breakdowns and accidents at home and abroad. ALLYSCA’s claims management service covers everything from the recording of claims to the organization of breakdown services and rental cars through to invoicing. Nils Behnke, Head of Claims Settlement and authorized signatory at HanseMerkur, explains that personal service in the event of a claim is a decisive factor when choosing car insurance. “I look forward to working with ALLYSCA to provide our customers with very good support in the event of a claim.” Behnke emphasizes that ALLYSCA was chosen as a partner because the Assisteur has more than 30 years of experience in the field of protection cover, has positioned itself as a trustworthy quality provider and the joint discussions were characterized early on by mutual trust and the same customer-oriented philosophy.
