ALLYSCA is pleased to be a new partner of the ACV in the area of mobility. ALLYSCA now supports the mobility protection of ACV, the third largest and Germany’s first climate-neutral automobile club. In the event of a breakdown or accident, ACV members have access to service hotlines around the clock: from DEVK and now also from ALLYSCA. The ALLYSCA team assumes responsibility in close cooperation with DEVK Versicherungen. Regardless of whether it is a car, motorcycle, motorhome or bicycle – ALLYSCA organizes a breakdown vehicle, coordinates the towing process and takes care of the various follow-up services of the ACV mobility service. ALLYSCA handles claims abroad exclusively. Helen Mies, Head of Member Services at ACV, explains: “The creation of seamless technical interfaces is at the heart of the cooperation with ALLYSCA. By working closely together and exchanging data in real time when recording claims, we not only optimize the breakdown and accident assistance service, but also strengthen the connection to our members.” “Customers increasingly want human interaction with high quality and therefore positive experiences, paired with digital end-2-end solutions,” says Markus Kunze, Managing Director of ALLYSCA.
