DEVK Versicherungen, one of Germany’s largest car insurers, and ALLYSCA have forged a groundbreaking partnership to jointly support the cover letter service in the event of a breakdown, accident or illness in Germany and abroad. “This cooperation is aimed at creating new synergies that will make it possible to support DEVK-Schutzbrief policyholders and ACV members faster and more efficiently,” explains Marco Becker, Head of the Property / Accident & Damage Department. “We have jointly developed numerous IT interfaces that also enable transparent work on case files.” ALLYSCA also has an extra team that is fully dedicated to supporting DEVK customers and ACV members. This dedicated team is available day and night to provide fast and competent assistance in emergencies. Markus Kunze: “It became clear early on that both companies are on the same wavelength and have very similar objectives. In this respect, we are particularly pleased to be setting new standards in customer care with the solutions we have now created.
