- confidential, i.e. our employees are informed about the relevant provisions of the Data Protection Act and are obliged to maintain data secrecy.
If you request information or ask to be contacted, you enter the necessary personal data voluntarily. Without your voluntary input, no personal data will be collected automatically.

Your rights/complaints
Under the GDPR, you can assert the following rights against the controller

ALLYSCA uses modern techniques to conduct the dialogue with you and to secure your data.
We take appropriate technical and organizational security precautions according to the state of the art to protect data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons.
Data processing purposes
The information you provide will be used to the extent necessary for the proper provision of digital roadside assistance, in particular to
- Identification of your person
- Cover check (is there insurance cover?)
- Organization of roadside assistance
- Instruction and information for support services
Data collected
- Surname, first name,
- Telephone number,
- Insurance number / membership number
- Address and date of birth (optional for coverage verification)
- Data on the specific claim (information on the vehicle, circumstances of the claim)
Legal basis
ALLYSCA provides the services of digital roadside assistance as a service company for your contractual partner (insurance company, automobile club or other protection organization). This results in Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (“contract”) as the legal basis. For processing that goes beyond the purpose of the contract, consent is obtained in accordance with Article 6(1a) GDPR.
Retention period
The data provided will be stored for as long as is necessary for the provision of assistance and billing with your contractual partner. The deletion takes place after 10 years. Data required for compliance with the German Fiscal Code will be deleted after 10 years (end of the statutory retention period).

The above-mentioned billing and claims data will be forwarded to your contractual partner.
